Simple Life Resort Koh Tao is a 3-star hotel in Sairee Beach, Koh Tao, with a year-round outdoor swimming pool. Its six room options include 36 m² double, twin and triple rooms, plus a 78 m² suite with a private pool. Most rooms have a balcony and terrace, air conditioning and a private bathroom; several also offer city views, and selected rooms include a coffee machine. The triple room has three single beds and accommodates up to three people, while the other room types are arranged for two.

At the hotel, you can dine at a restaurant serving Japanese, Thai and international dishes, or visit the bar and coffee shop. Breakfast choices include continental, vegetarian and American options, as well as breakfast to go. A pool bar, sun loungers, tour desk and paid shuttle service add to the facilities, alongside bicycle hire, snorkelling and diving activities. Each has a private bathroom, balcony and terrace, while air conditioning is confirmed for the five 36 m² rooms. City views feature in the Deluxe Double or Twin Room with Balcony and the Large Double or Twin Room; a coffee machine is noted in the former.

The Triple Room with Balcony accommodates three; every other option sleeps two. The suite pairs its larger floor area with a balcony, terrace and coffee machine. A refrigerator is among the facilities in the Triple Room with Balcony and Superior Double or Twin Room. Together, the room types cover two-person stays and a three-person layout.

An on-site restaurant, bar and coffee house provide dining and drinks, and a tea and coffee maker is among the facilities. Free WiFi is available throughout the hotel; rooms also have flat-screen TVs with cable channels. Family and non-smoking rooms are available, with air conditioning and private bathrooms among the room facilities. The hotel has a shuttle service, while parking is not available.

Leisure options include snorkelling, diving, bicycle rental, evening entertainment, karaoke, happy hour and cooking classes, as well as tours or classes about local culture. Simple Life Resort Koh Tao is in Sairee Beach, the island’s best-known west-coast strip. Sairee Beach is 400 m from the resort, and its 1.8 km stretch of sand is lined with dive schools, restaurants and beach bars. Mae Haad, the pier village with banks, pharmacies and other island services, lies south; a flat brick path connects the villages along the shore and takes about 15 minutes on foot.

Koh Tao has no airport, so arrivals are by boat at Mae Haad pier. Ferries from Koh Samui take about 1.5–2 hours, those from Koh Phangan 45–90 minutes, and fast catamarans from Chumphon about 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours. Lomprayah Koh Tao Pier is 1.9 km from the resort. Island pick-up taxis run to Sairee, and the hotel offers a paid shuttle service; on-site parking is unavailable.

Top of the rock is 1.1 km away, while View point on Sairee beach and Koh Nang Yuan is 1.3 km from the resort. Nangyuan Island, a group of islets joined by sandbars, is 3.2 km away and reached on a short long-tail boat trip from Sairee or Mae Haad. Sairee also faces sunset views towards Koh Nang Yuan. Koh Tao has more than 25 dive sites around the island. The west and south coasts are usually calmer from November to March; from April to October, east-coast bays such as Ao Tanote (2.4 km) tend to be calmer. Whale sharks are most often spotted March–May and September–October.
